The Principal is responsible for the leadership of the institution in compliance with PACHS policies and all applicable federal, state and local laws. The principal oversees the day-to-day administration of the institution and will work with the faculty, students, parents and surrounding neighbors to foster and enhance programs at PACHS; promotes the PACH'S brand so that PACHS is a school of choice for all out-of-school students; articulates and executes visionary leadership with the Executive Director, collaborates with faculty to foster excellence in teaching and emerging trends in education; provides for the safety of all staff and students by ensuring fidelity to relevant policies and procedures; strengthens a commitment to the practice of transparency throughout PACHS; and; performs additional duties as assigned.
