St. Anne's School of Annapolis is looking for a part-time Preschool Lead Teacher for two and three year-olds. St. Anne's is an independent, Episcopal school. Our school's Early Childhood Program is inspired by two cutting-edge educational approaches: the inquiry-based Reggio Emilio approach that addresses the development of the whole child by emphasizing family and societal influences, and the Project Approach that centers around an in-depth study of a topic or theme. These two approaches work in harmony as our teachers encourage students to explore subjects through discussion and sharing of questions and interest.
A minimum of Maryland Childcare Credentials or Child Development Associate required with relevant teaching experience. A Bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred.
