To provide statewide 4-H program development in the area of youth programming and 4-H Pinckney Leadership programming on a state level. Participate as a 4-H Team Member JOB DUTIES:
15% - Essential - Promote the 4-H Pinckney 4-H Program Promote the program among schools and other youth organizations Work with the Department of Education to further develop the program Continue to promote and publicize the program among Legislators
35% - Essential - Develop High School Certificate Program Develop a High School Certificate Program in conjunction with the State Department of Education Implement a High School Certificate Program in schools
20% - Essential - Develop High School Programming Build and maintain the High School Leadership Conferences To include promotion, registration and day to day operations Develop a year round program for High School Youth
20% - Essential - Develop Middle School Programming Build and maintain a program for Middle School Youth To include promotion, registration and day to day operations Develop a year round program for Middle School Youth
10% - Essential - Serve on the State 4-H Staff Coordinate the Pinckney 4-H Program with the 4-H Leadership Program Assist with other 4-H Programs as needed MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education - Master's Degree Licenses - Drivers License Class D normal RESPONSIBILITIES:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No Supervisory Duties - Not responsible for supervising employees.
BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES Provides Budget Input - Provides input into the budgeting process, and oversees fund allocation. WORK SCHEDULE:
