Master's Degree in TESOL or related field, native-like fluency in English, at least five years experience teaching ESL at post-secondary level with at least two years in an intensive English program, evidence of ability to teach all proficiency levels and language skills including classes with combined proficiency levels, and demonstrated passion for teaching non-native speakers of English required.
