Morgan Hill Unified School District is seeking an Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services who is a strategic, visionary, inspirational, and collaborative leader willing to partner with all stakeholders to fulfill the mission, vision, and goals of the District.
Proven dynamic leadership: - as a site administrator (principalship preferred) - in a school district or county office position - with development, implementation, and assessment of curriculum - with English Learner and Dual-Immersion programs
Successful experience with: - facilitation, staff training, and professional development - broad, inclusive community outreach with diverse groups
Strong commitment to: - educational excellence and advocacy for all students - proven instructional strategies - building leadership capacity of site administrators and teacher leaders - data-driven approach to closing the achievement gap
• Bilingual/Biliterate (Spanish/English) preferred • Experience managing district budgets (state, federal, LCFF) • Possess California Administrative Credential, Teaching Credential, and Master’s Degree/Doctorate Desired
Qualifications: • Instructional leadership within a unified school district (K-12) • Experience with stakeholder engagement and development of Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP)
