Oakcrest School, an independent school for girls grades 6-12 in Vienna, VA, seeks an experienced, dynamic full-time Latin Teacher to start working in August 2019. Applicants must have a strong Latin background and should be able to teach across the Latin curriculum. Qualified applicants will meet the following criteria:
Master’s degree (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years teaching experience
Ability to teach a range of Latin classes, from beginner to advanced levels. [ENB1]
Ability to work collaboratively and interdisciplinarily within the Foreign Language Department and with other departments.
Contribute to school life in meaningful ways outside the classroom (coaching, leading extracurriculars, supervisions, etc.)
