Weekly supervision duty for study halls, recess, and break times
Supervise lunch and clean up duties 2-3 times per year
Chaperone two after school student government events per year
Attend weekly faculty meetings
Maintain up-to-date grade books, homework calendars, and parent communication
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Renweb, etc.
Support the school's mission and model the school's pillars: Respect, Integrity, Courage, Community, and Scholarship.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attend Back to School Night and other school functions
Required: Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent coursework and three years of full-time teaching or a Master's degree and one year of full time teaching. Excellent rapport with this age group is required.
Desirable: Advanced degree in Education and / or Teaching, independent school experience, and three or more years of teaching experience.
