There are two full-time high school science teacher positions available. One is Chemistry, one is Physics.

The science curriculum at New Trier is designed to develop the scientific, investigative process in students. Through a variety of learning experiences, students engage in scientific inquiry and explore principles of science through careful observation. Students learn the historical contributions of scientists and develop a sense of excitement regarding the discovery process.
A valid Illinois State Board of Education Professional Educator License, Grade 9 through Grade 12, with Chemistry or Physics endorsement.
Teaching experience and advanced degrees are preferred but not required.
