Purpose of Position: Under the general direction of the principal, provide professional leadership and assist with managing the day to day operations of the school site, while also supporting children and their families, staff members, partners and community members in the pursuit of the school and district’s overarching mission.
Current credential authorizing service as an administrator in California
At least five (5) years of successful teaching experience at the elementary level
At least three (3) years of school leadership experience beyond the classroom
Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in Spanish
Experience and/or education in related to early childhood education
Knowledge of positive behavior support approaches, restorative justice, and alternatives to suspension
Master’s Degree or Doctorate
Additional Salary Information: Annual stipends for a Master’s and Doctorate degrees.
