Demonstrate a penchant for teaching early childhood children and helping them to achieve their fullest potential.
Possess a thorough understanding of the curricular elements of scientific study, and a general knowledge of engineering, computer science, technology, and the general sciences.
Demonstrate a love of teaching a sciences-based curriculum and the desire to nurture and shape the lives of young students through inquiry and experimentation.
Support disciplinary literacy and writing of evidence based statements with students.
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a field of science. Master’s degree in science education preferred.
At least three years of demonstrated experience in teaching.
Coursework and or professional training in early childhood development and fields of science.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
