Under the general direction of the Assistant Dean, the incumbent independently directs personnel operations for the School of Education, which includes Senate and non-Senate academics, staff, and student employees. A member of the School's senior management group, the incumbent oversees all personnel functions and serves as principal consultant on academic and staff personnel and payroll matters, providing executive-level strategic planning, analyses, organizational assessments and recommendations. The Director of Personnel represents the School of Education in all personnel matters, and coordinates a variety of campus initiatives on behalf of School leadership.
