Bi-Cultural Hebrew Academy (BCHA), an independent Jewish school in Stamford, CT, is seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, and qualified full time Upper School History teacher.
Ideal candidates will possess an advanced degree in the field and prior experience teaching high school History. The candidate must be able to teach all levels of the subject from 9th through 12th grade. The ability to teach History electives would be an advantage.
Extracurricular responsibilities may include advising students, chaperoning school trips, and mentoring student clubs, as well as undertaking various duties that contribute to the life of the school. We are looking for team players with enthusiasm for their subject and excellent communication skills. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience.
