The position’s primary responsibility will be the teaching of Middle School Earth Science and Physical Science courses. The candidate must be willing to teach additional courses within the Science Department as staffing requires.
An undergraduate degree in science is preferred but a degree in Middle Grades Education with a concentration in science is acceptable. A Master’s Degree in science, science education, or a science-related field is advantageous. The candidate should have a minimum of three years teaching experience including STEAM courses in grades 7-12. Independent school experience is preferred.
