Sidwell Friends, a coeducational Quaker day school in Washington, DC, seeks a Part-time French teacher for its Upper School division (grades 9-12) starting in the 2019-2020 school year.
The ideal candidate will have classroom experience as a French teacher, demonstrate an ability to inspire and support students, and show a willingness to work collaboratively. A Bachelor’s degree is required; a graduate degree is preferred. An appreciation for the School’s commitment to academic and personal excellence, Quaker values, and the prizing of diversity and environmental stewardship is also essential.
