As California’s Premier Executive Search and Leadership Development Firm, Leadership Associates has assisted school boards in their selection of superintendents in more than 385 California school districts and organizations since 1996.
The educational agencies we have served range from school districts of all sizes to statewide educational and non-profit organizations. Boards of Education select our firm primarily because of our track record of success, our experience & skill, our network, and our integrity. Because we work for the Board, the search process is also an opportunity for the Board to solidify their own teamwork and set the direction for the future of their district. The process we use, therefore, produces consistently positive outcomes for the Board, staff and community.
In addition to Executive Search Services, Leadership Associates provides Executive Leadership Development Services, which includes professional superintendent support and advisement, quarterly facilitated regional group sessions, access to professional resources, supplemental services, and an annual two-day summer institute with a focus on research and best practices.
