Responsible for all Fiscal Services, Facility Construction Projects, Transportation Services, Maintenance and Operations, and Food Service programs for the District; serves on the Superintendent's Cabinet and reports to the Superintendent.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implements the philosophy, goals, objectives, and policies of the district as adopted by the Board of Trustees and management staff. Supervises classified managers of Fiscal Services, Transportation, Maintenance, and Food Services. Designs and maintains all aspects of the fiscal operations of the district including budget development, income projections, payroll, purchasing, contracts and bids, and other operations related to the fiscal policies of the schools, central administration, and Board of Trustees. Plans, organizes, manages, directs, and oversees the activities of capital improvement, construction, deferred maintenance, and modernization/reconstruction programs and projects. Coordinates work and advises architects, contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, testing laboratories and District personnel as it pertains to construction, modernization and deferred maintenance projects. Prepares reports and makes presentations to the Board of Trustees, District personnel, community members, outsides agencies, and other groups with respect to sites, attendance boundaries, capital improvements, facilities and construction related issues.

Five (5) years of effective experience in an administrative or supervisory role in the business or finance department.
Minimum:BA or BS degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or other related degree emphasizing business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired: Masters of Business Administration
