Newman Catholic Schools (NCS) is looking for a highly qualified, enthusiastic candidate to fill a high school Biology and related sciences teacher position – current classes include sections of high school Biology, Environmental Science and AP Biology.
BS (MS preferred) in Biology or related studies.
Wisconsin DPI teaching license required or equivalent out-of-state certification credentials will also be considered.
Prior successful high school teaching experience preferred.
This position requires a dynamic, student-centered professional interested in working with motivated students in a Catholic school environment. Newman teachers are dedicated to upholding the Catholic faith, fostering student achievement, serving as a model of compassion and respect for all. Desire to be a team player; ability to work positively with administrators, teachers, students, parents, and all members of the community. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong technology skills are required. Experience with integration of Smartboard, Google Apps and other technologies with instruction is desired.
