Under minimal supervision this position is responsible for the overall administration and operation of the School's enrollment management team; meeting student retention goals; hiring, training, leading and supervising the academic coaches, student engagement coordinators, and the partnership coordinator; working collaboratively with School leadership team and external enrollment management partner to develop and implement effective and efficient student success and retention strategies; employing current and exploring new technologies and tools to support student success; and gathering and reporting accurate data on all aspects of the School's enrollment management efforts for School and University leadership and faculty.
