These positions plan and implement activities during the afterschool program. They develop lesson plans using Common Core Math and Literacy standards. They collect and review relevant Math and Literacy assessment data. They act as a liaison between the school day and before/afterschool programs to assure alignment with school day curriculum. These positions fulfill the certified teacher requirement for the grantor.
These positions pay $19.00 per hour and can work up to 14 hours per week (including planning time), depending on site needs and applicant availability. Successful applicants
Valid Ohio teaching license (must upload to application)
High School diploma or GED (must upload to application)
Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
Successful applicants must also pass a new BCI and FBI background check and physical provided by their physician prior to starting employment. Costs for these requirements must be paid by the applicant.
