The Episcopal Academy seeks a full time middle school visual arts teacher beginning in the 2020-2021 school year. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic artist/arts educator with a passion for creating a studio-based learning environment. In addition to teaching full time in our middle school, responsibilities will include serving as an advisor to a small group of students, participating actively in school life, and working collaboratively with teams of arts and middle school educators.

A bachelor's degree is required for this position. Candidates with degrees in Arts Education will be considered favorably, as will candidates who are themselves practicing artists.
Though we will consider candidates at a wide range of experience levels, the ideal candidate will have at least three years of successful experience teaching middle school students.
