The Right of Way Superintendent develops and maintain a right of way program for the Cooperative in order to minimize outages associated with tree growth and improve service reliability for the customer. Demonstrates safe use of chemicals and herbicides, meeting all legal and accepted practices as required by the Texas Department of Agriculture.
Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and ability to obtain Commercial Driver’s license, 5-7 yrs. experience in distribution line construction, vegetation management, human relations, and supervision or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. Knowledge of electrical distribution systems, RUS specifications as it relates to electrical distribution construction, Microsoft Office Suite and mapping programs preferred.
