In collaboration with the Associate Dean for Faculty Development and Diversity, develop Steinhardt initiatives that support faculty career productivity and professional development, and ensure diversity and equity among the faculty. Co-develop and execute a Steinhardt development and diversity plan under the direction of senior School leadership. Provide administrative leadership for faculty activities related to faculty development and diversity, and expand the faculty development component of faculty affairs.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education: Master's Degree
Required Experience: 5+ years responsible managerial experience or an equivalent combination. Must have experience with University administration, human resources, Faculty services, budget administration, and staff management. Experience with Faculty development and diversity.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Demonstrated analytical and writing skills. Ability to persuade and communicate with all levels of faculty and administration. Excellent organizational, networking, planning, and communication skills. Experience understanding diversity laws and policies.
