Program Director, Early Childhood and Teacher Education

SUMMARY Oversees and manages the organization, administration, periodic review, planning, development and general effectiveness of the education program college-wide. Assists in the preparation of the college-wide academic schedule of course offerings in all education programs. Provides leadership by assuring accreditation standards are met. Conducts on-going program assessment and review. Manages budget, recruits students and markets program. Makes hiring recommendations, orientates and develops adjunct faculty in collaboration with Liberal Arts and Social Sciences Associate Deans and Faculty Coordinators. Evaluates performance of adjunct faculty.
