The Graphic Designer is a member of the Knowlton School Communications and Marketing team and works closely with school leadership to develop and maintain Knowlton School brand materials and visual identity. The position is responsible for the design and production of marketing and promotional materials from concept to implementation (digital or print). Projects include posters, exhibit and event branding, publications, admissions materials, brochures, postcards, signage, advertisements, e-newsletters and promotional items, as well as creating content and working in collaboration with the Communications Specialist to implement marketing and communications strategies on the school website and social media accounts. The position must collaborate effectively with school leadership, communications, development, and recruitment teams, and faculty, as well as liaise with university and external vendors.

Bachelor's degree in visual communication design or an equivalent combination of education and experience; 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and production as well as website design and/or management; considerable experience in Adobe Creative Suite; ability to work independently and with others, strong written and verbal communication skills exceptional portfolio.
Ability to produce highly creative print and digital materials within an institution's visual identity/branding guidelines; ability to contribute to the institution's communication strategy, including web, multimedia, photography and video production.
Target Salary: $24.03 - $28.84 Hourly
