The New Rochelle City School District, a high-performing district serving a diverse population of approximately 11,000 students Pre-K through 12 in Southern Westchester County, NY, recently announced the reopening of its search for a High School Principal. The new principal is anticipated to have a start date of July 1, 2020, or as otherwise negotiated.
The city of New Rochelle is located on the shores of the Long Island Sound and is just 30 minutes from midtown Manhattan. It is a culturally vibrant and dynamic community of nearly 80,000 people. The Board of Education is offering a regionally-competitive compensation package. New York State certification as School Building Leader or School Building Administrator is required for appointment.
