The Spanish Teacher at The Learning Project Elementary School teaches Spanish to children in kindergarten through sixth grade. There are half hour lessons scheduled twice a week with Kindergarten, four times a week with Grades One, Two and Three; and three times a week with grades Four, Five and Six. There is a well-established and effective curriculum in place, as well as considerable opportunity for creative instruction. The Spanish Teacher also helps with leading and implementing the After School program three days a week until 5:30. (These hours are offset with several ‘later’ arrivals in the morning.)
The Learning Project seeks candidates who will reflect and enhance the racial, ethnic, cultural and gender diversity of the school community.
The Learning Project is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, religion, creed, national or ethnic origin.
