Brooks School seeks candidates for the position of Teacher of History. This appointment will be effective July 1, 2020. A full-time teaching position includes teaching four sections, coaching two sports/activities, residential, and community responsibilities.
The successful candidate will have:
Proficiency teaching all levels of History including introductory and advanced.
Work collaboratively with a grade level team within the department to develop level curriculum that is consistent and coordinated across the four-year History curriculum.
Instruct students in content-specific knowledge and skills to heighten the trajectory of their academic and career success..
Enthusiasm to utilize technology to enhance instruction and student learning.
