Wooster School seeks aMath teacher with a strong background in upper division mathematics. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree, teaching experience at the Upper School level, and a capacity, flexibility, and desire to teach across grade levels and divisions. Candidates should be curious students of the art and science of teaching and learning, particularly in the context of mathematics. They should demonstrate a flexible, positive, and a can-do disposition, and should have experience and be interested in innovative math teaching and the use of technology. Depending on the instructor’s background and interest, the possibility of designing a new course and teaching in our Deep Learning Initiative may be part of this position.
Founded in 1926, Wooster School, a co-educational, 3-12, college preparatory day school with an enrollment of approximately 375 students.
