Madison Country Day School, a PreK-12 International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, is seeking an experienced educator for the 2020-21 school year as a full-time high school IB English teacher.
Applicants should possess not just a love of English literature and language, but also a love of working with adolescents and the desire to advance both an evolving school and your own professional expertise. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic educator who inspires others through optimism, selflessness, flexibility, and teamwork. The candidate possesses a willingness to collaborate with dedicated educators within the MCDS faculty. Experience with the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme, and/or teaching IB Theory of Knowledge is encouraged, but not required.
