The Roxbury Latin School seeks to appoint a full-time Teacher of Mathematics. Starting in August 2020, the successful candidate will teach departmental offerings from the introductory to advanced levels. Ability to teach a science course or in STEM-related areas would be an advantage, as would ability to teach economics.
In addition to teaching, all faculty members at Roxbury Latin are involved in two seasons of coaching a team sport or the equivalent in advising an extracurricular activity. There are openings for coaches of wrestling, lacrosse, football, baseball, soccer, and track and field, on both varsity and lower-level teams. Extracurricular activities include debate and model UN, drama, publications, and community service. Each faculty member also serves as an advisor to several students.
