a leader who utilizes a collaborative approach to decision making, holding true to what is best for all students;
a transparent, consistent decision maker who follows through to ensure that decisions are properly implemented;
an instructional leader, willing to learn about Rye High School and develop a shared vision as to how it may be improved;
a person of integrity who communicates effectively with all stakeholders of the school.
The Rye City School District is offering a regionally-competitive compensation package. New York State certification as School Building Leader, School District Leader, or School District Administrator is required for appointment.
