Middle School English Teacher (Beginning August 2020)
Lab is seeking a middle school English teacher for the 2020-2021 academic year. Applicants should enjoy working in a collaborative, team environment. B.A. required in English or Humanities preferred. Master’s degree in English, Secondary Education, or Special Education, experience working with middle school students with learning differences, and knowledge of age-appropriate literature ideal. Candidates must hold teacher certification in or be willing to complete additional coursework to be certified in DC. Must be comfortable with technology and possess excellent interpersonal, written language, and communication skills.
