Kent Place School is seeking an upper school history teacher with a passion for global understanding, communication, inquiry, and depth of content knowledge, particularly in world history. The ideal candidate should be an interdisciplinary thinker who has the potential and ability to teach a range of courses and historical thinking skills; experience at the Advanced Placement level a plus. Responsibilities for this position will include collaborating with colleagues, advising students, and participating in community events. Requirements: minimum three years History/Social Studies teaching experience; Master’s degree in academic field or in Teaching preferred.
