Orchestra Director/ Instrumental Music Teacher Opening (Orchestra/Choral)
Candidate should have an extensive background in orchestral string performance. Duties include multiple levels of string orchestra for High School and Middle School grades (from Beginner through Experienced players). Duties also include directing symphony orchestra and string chamber ensembles. Choral responsibilities will include a middle school chorus. The applicant should show a strong mastery of string instruments as well as piano.
There is the possibility of music theory and high school glee instruction as well, depending on the candidate.
