The selected individual will collaborate with the Principal in promoting an environment which prepares students to flourish through the support, care, and academic excellence synonymous with Catholic education. The selected candidate is a member of the school’s leadership and participates in the overall administration of Bishop Moore Catholic School.
Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership or related field
Teacher State Certification and Administrative Certification in Educational Leadership
At least 5 years of administrative experience which may include a leadership role in project implementation
Administration, Supervision and STEM experience preferred
Employment is contingent upon the applicant passing a full background check with the Diocese of Orlando
Upon employment, individual will be subject to a 90-day probationary period

Communicates effectively orally and in writing with organizational and staff planning skills
Knowledge of State Standards, instructional technology, curriculum differentiation, student-centered and project based learning

Participates in the hiring, supervising, and evaluating of school staff, teachers, and substitutes
Organizes, develops, coordinates, and provides professional learning for teachers and staff related to various topics including STEM integration
Serves as a liaison between faculty and the Principal in daily routine school operations·
Participates as a part of student support teams to identify concerns with individual student progress and to develop a prescriptive plan of action for improvement
Promotes positive school-community relations through various forms of communication and represents the school at meetings and other events
Defines problems, gathers and analyzes data, establishing facts, and drawing conclusions
Demonstrated ability to coach and prudently manage conflict with students, parents, and faculty
Assumes responsibility for the school in the absence of the Principal
