Hannah Senesh Community Day School, a progressive, independent K-8 Jewish day school in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, is hiring a full time Lower School Hebrew associate teacher to join our 2020-2021 faculty. Candidates will possess the following qualifications and dispositions towards education:
Education/Hebrew Teaching degree.
Two years or more of experience working in an elementary setting.
Fluency in Hebrew.
A “whole child” approach to teaching and learning that focuses on growth in academic, social and emotional domains.
A progressive approach to education
Experience integrating technology into teaching practice is preferred.
