The Boys’ Latin School of Maryland, an independent K-12 boys’ school, seeks an energetic and professional full time Lower School Intermediate Grade Level homeroom teacher beginning in August 2020 for the 2020-2021 school year. The successful applicant will teach reading and language arts, math, and social studies, while also assuming all homeroom responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and at least three years of experience teaching in an elementary school. A master’s degree is preferred as is a commitment to academic excellence. An interest in working with boys, an appreciation for single-sex education, and a willingness to be involved in all facets of school life will be valued.
