Commonwealth Academy is currently seeking to hire an English/Writing teacher to join its team for the 2020-2021 school year.
Educators who thrive in our community are those who are flexible, creative, collaborative, possess a strong work ethic, and desire to foster student success. Qualified candidates should possess strong oral and written communication skills and be proficient with technology. The ideal candidate must demonstrate knowledge of the content area, current instructional and behavior management techniques, curriculum development, and best practices of 21st-century instruction.
A Bachelor's degree is required, a Master's degree is highly preferred, and certification in Special Education is preferred.
