Hebron Academy is seeking a dynamic, flexible, and forward-thinking faculty member to join our Mathematics department for the 2020-2021 school year. Our faculty participate fully in the life of the school -- as teacher, coach, dorm parent, mentor and advisor.

We are looking for an individual who will:
facilitate student-driven learning experiences with an emphasis on 21st-century skills
be able to teach varying levels of mathematics ranging from Algebra to Calculus
be committed to nurturing the whole child by caring for the emotional and social needs of each student
provide a supportive and rigorous college preparatory learning environment
be excited to design classroom experiences that focus on students at the center of learning
coach or lead an after-school activity for 2 or 3 seasons
participate fully in residential life including weeknight and weekend duty rotations
be a motivated self-starter

A bachelor's degree is required. Relevant teaching experience is preferred but other experience and qualifications will be considered.
