The Alfred and Adele Davis Academy seeks an experienced and passionate educator with expertise in Language Arts for its Middle School. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Education, graduate degree preferred and at least 3 years demonstrated success teaching Language Arts in grades 6-10.

Experience and passion for motivating & engaging middle school students.
Ability to effectively connect and communicate with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators.

This full-time position begins in August 2020, and includes Language Arts instruction for middle school students, involvement with supervising advisory, study hall & middle school club, and other staff duties.
The Davis Academy is Atlanta’s Reform Jewish Day School, located in Sandy Springs, serving approximately 600 students in grades Kindergarten Prep – Eighth Grades. Please include letter of interest and resume.
