Our Middle School, an innovative, integrated studies/project-based Montessori School, is seeking a dynamic teacher to join our established and growing program. We are seeking a Middle School teacher experience or working knowledge of inquiry-based/PBL.
We are in search of a special candidate - someone who is highly motivated to do excellent work, but sensitive enough to lead with empathy. Someone who loves children, but who is equally adept at working with adults in a team. Someone who is creative enough to be an expert in the field of design and design thinking, but who is also able to plan meticulously and follow-up consistently and conscientiously.
The person we are looking for understands the power of putting learning into the hands of students, and can also imagine how to take existing curriculum and make it come to life in new and innovative ways. We are looking for someone who has a passion for igniting children's curiosity and talents, while also inspiring peers to move outside of their comfort zone.
