A First Grade Head Teacher should be eager to engage in an ongoing collaboration with colleagues on the grade level team, specialist area teachers, and administration. An ideal candidate must demonstrate a warm and inviting personality and have excellent interpersonal skills with faculty, students, and parents.
A Master’s Degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education is preferred. Previous teaching experience is required.
