The School is currently seeking a one-year, full-time mathematics teacher to teach courses through Algebra 2 in the Lower School. Although the position is for one year, Winsor does anticipate mounting a full search later in the fall for a long-term position. Strong candidates will have a degree in mathematics and, preferably, at least two or three years of experience teaching middle school math, ideally in an independent school setting. A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion work, an understanding of the importance of teacher engagement in community life, and an interest in using a variety of pedagogical approaches in the classroom are essential.
