Columbia Grammar and Prep School seeks a full time Chemistry teacher. The ideal candidate would be able to take on general Chemistry classes and elective courses in Forensic Science and Organic Chemistry. This professional must also run engaging and well-managed lab activities, manage the inventory of chemical substances and lab equipment with attention and care. Experience or background in teaching other disciplines within the field is a plus, as are a passionate and collaborative attitude.

Work collaboratively with the department to follow and design curriculum.
Be supportive of the CGPS equity, justice and inclusion initiatives.
Meet individually with students for additional support as needed.
Create a positive classroom environment which fosters challenge and support.
