Founded in 1959 by the Diocese of Charlotte, Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School is the largest non-public secondary school in the rapidly growing and culture-rich Triad Region of North Carolina. The school enrolls 430 students in grades 9 – 12. At this time in the school’s storied history, the diocese sees a timely opportunity for a kind of “coming of age” period of growth and renewal and seeks a visionary, mission-driven, and faith-filled leader to make great things happen. This will include working closely with the diocese in establishing the school’s first fiduciary board, driving enrollments to the next level, building out an effective fundraising operation, and raising the profile and value proposition of the school in the community. Given the diocese’s exciting aspirations for the school, the upside potential is immense.
This is a rare and exceptional entrepreneurial leadership opportunity.
