Wooster School seeks apart-time, ELA-focused humanities teacher for the middle school division. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree, teaching experience at the middle school level, and a capacity, flexibility, and desire to teach across grade levels (5-12). Candidates should be curious students of the art and science of teaching and learning. They should demonstrate a flexible, positive, can-do disposition, and should be interested in innovative English and history teaching. Knowledge of and experience with competency-based education and the Teachers College Reading and Writing Program is a significant plus; interest in and willingness to learn about them is a must.
