Lowell School, a progressive independent school in NW Washington, DC, is currently seeking applicants for the position of Pre-Primary Teacher in the toddler classroom for the school year 2020/21. Applicants should possess knowledge of early childhood development and be aware of the social, emotional, and academic needs of young children. Ideal candidates will also be familiar with the Reggio Emilia Approach and Emergent Curriculum. Experience in the Montessori methodology is welcome as well. Requirements include a BA or higher degree in Early Childhood Education.
