The Ramaz School has an immediate opening for a leave replacement Spanish Teacher.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Teaching all aspects of Introductory Spanish in Grades 7 and 8
Amending and developing the curriculum;
Providing individualized support to students as necessary;
Maintaining accurate records of student performance and writing report cards, including detailed narrative reports;
Demonstrating a commitment to professional growth through collaboration with colleagues and attending workshops.

Undergraduate degree (required) and master’s degree (preferred);
Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish;
At least two years of experience teaching Spanish, preferably at the middle school level;
Familiarity with technology in Spanish instruction;
A genuine enthusiasm for teaching middle school students; and
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students, parents, and colleagues about student learning and growth.
