Princeton Charter School seeks a parental leave replacement French teacher for a term that will begin in January 4, 2021 and will continue through June 22, 2021. Classes taught include 2 sections of second grade French and two sections of fourth grade French.
PCS prides itself on its strong World Language programs. Students begin French or Spanish in Kindergarten with classes meeting 5 times per week.

The position requires someone who is fluent in French and interested in and knowledgeable about the Francophone world and pedagogy in general. The position will be all remote until January 19, 2021 so experience teaching online is a plus. When the school is in person, teachers typically cover a number of non-teaching duties including recess, lunch supervision, and study halls. N.B.: As of December 2020, students return home for lunch so that masks can be worn at all times.
