All Saints Episcopal School seeks an experienced and energetic Early Learning (PS, PK, K) teacher to guide our youngest students as we nurture and inspire curious, confident and joyful learners. The ideal candidate will enjoy working collaboratively with other team members to provide and maintain a nurturing environment with developmentally-appropriate lessons and activities to meet the children’s cognitive, emotional, social and physical needs. A positive attitude and an appreciation for the unique qualities for the age group are essential.
The ideal candidate should:
A bachelor’s degree with a concentration in early childhood education, with an advanced degree preferred
Preferred three years of teaching experience in an early learning program, ideally in an independent school environment
A passion for working with children, while demonstrating knowledge of best practices as an innovator
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A mastery of age-appropriate instructional strategies
Enthusiasm for working in an academic environment that ignites passions to impact our world
Additional Salary Information: Compensation and benefits are consistent with other area independent schools and adjusted based on the candidate’s qualifications.
